Commercial Texas' Achievement Recognized by CoStar: Michael A. Kennedy Receives Power Broker Award
April 3, 2004--CoStar Group, Inc., the nation's largest, independent provider of commercial real estate information, for the second year in a row, has named Commercial Texas, LLC as a Top 20 Brokerage Firm. The award is based on the volume of leasing transactions handled in the Austin market in 2003. Commercial Texas was measured against all commercial real estate firms active in the Central Texas region.
Additionally, for the second year in a row, Michael A. Kennedy, President of the firm, has been named by CoStar as a Top 25 Broker in the region and will receive the Annual Power Broker Award. Kennedy's achievements were calculated based on signed lease transactions for 2003.
