Commercial Texas' Achievement Recognized by CoStar: Michael A. Kennedy Receives Power Broker Award

The award is based on the volume of leasing transactions handled in the Austin market in 2003. Additionally, for the second year in a row, Michael A. Kennedy, President of the firm, has been named by CoStar as a Top 25 Broker in the region and will receive the Annual Power Broker Award. Kennedy's achievements were calculated based on signed lease transactions for 2003.
