Commercial Texas Represents the Texas Taxpayers and Research Association in the Renewal of 4,480 S.F. Lease

April 8, 2004 -- Commercial Texas LLC, a leading Austin-based commercial real estate services firm dedicated to providing clients with experienced and strategic real estate guidance, represented the Texas Taxpayers and Research Association in the renewal of their 4,480 S.F. lease at 400 West 15th Street. The Association sought to remain in the Capitol area of downtown Austin.
